EFFECTIVE DESIGN RISK MANAGEMENT

Our design managers facilitate knowledge transfer between stakeholders and the wider team across the project lifecycle. We incorporate construction software, such as Bluebeam, to streamline workflows, collaborate in real-time and provide the building design team with access to a central source of truth.

To enhance decision-making, we incorporate Revit, a BIM software, pivotal to design management. We use 3D renders to expose clashes and remedy flaws early in the design process. Your design consultant will also control the entire change management process so stakeholders are aligned..
